Start off with only 2 ligui-caps on your first two days (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) and increase the dosage by 1 liqui-cap after two days until maximum dosage of 3 liqui-caps per day is reached.

From here on take 2 liqui-caps in the morning and 1 liqui-cap in the afternoon.

DO NOT EXCEED 3 LIQUI-CAPS PER DAY.

Do not take within 6 hours of sleep.
