Faster protein absorption and improved utilisation from hydrolysed whey protein, L-Leucine and Vitamin B6.

Hydrolysed whey protein is whey protein that has been treated with enzymes to break the protein down into smaller peptides and amino acids.  The benefit is that your body can absorb peptides much faster than whole proteins.  This leads to almost immediate absorption of nitrogen.  Included in Growth Matrix is Vitamin B6 which is involved in protein and amino acid metabolism.  Vitamin B6 helps the body to more effectively utilise the high doses of protein and amino acids found in Growth Matrix.

Increased protein synthesis
