Predator Nutrition Review
We first got our hands on DS Craze at the Mr Olympia Expo in Las Vegas in Sept 2011. We had been hearing about this product for a while and, given the number of preworkouts on the market it would take something special to make us notice it. Within a half hour of taking it both Predator Nutrition testers noticed the following:
Increased focus - Not just focus but being absolutely dialled into the zone all athletes aim for.
A sense of euphoria and energy - We can imagine people taking this on a Saturday night in fact!
An absence of anxiety - No jitters at all!
A rising wave of energy - This peaked about an hour or so after taking it.
No crash - As the effects wore off absolutely no crash whatsoever.
As a preworkout supplement, Craze shattered our preconceived ideas as to what a preworkout supplement can do and there is no finer compliment to the product we can pay than that. Outstanding.

Arginine DOES NOT Give Great Pumps…
As a matter of fact, it doesn’t even give mediocre pumps – it gives ZERO PUMPS. For years supplement companies have included some form of arginine into their pre-workout formulas. This is despite more and more scientific data being published demonstrating just how worthless it actually is! In fact one randomized crossover, placebo-controlled study found absolutely no effect from arginine supplementation when administered in large amounts (6g per day) to ten elite athletes (1) – no effect on performance or pump at all! Furthermore, earlier this year a study was published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research that detailed it could even be performance-reducing(2). Yes, it could in fact make your workout WORSE! We only assume that these companies do not follow the latest science. We certainly do, and it means we produce products like Triazole™, Activate Xtreme™ and Lean Xtreme™ that you all know and love.
Taking something simply to give a pump does not guarantee a great workout. This is where too many companies get it backwards. They try and FORCE a pump out of you, but it doesn’t work that way. Let us put it another way…
“The Best Pumps Come From The Best Workouts.”
A great training session makes for a superb pump, and once you're at that point every individual rep feels amazing and you don't want the workout to end. If we told you that this is how you'd feel with every single training bout on Craze™ then you would probably think we were exaggerating, but read on and allow us to detail exactly why this is the case. We didn’t let you down with Activate Xtreme™, Triazole™ lived up to the hype AND MORE, and Lean Xtreme™ is probably the reason you had a lean midsection this past summer. Believe us, once you try the product itself you'll realize that we aren't lying with this claim – Craze™ will produce the best workouts of your life!*
Here’s why:
“The Best Workouts Come From The Best Performance.”
It’s true. This is why you ought to be as concerned with your performance as you are with what you eat and how much you sleep. It doesn’t matter whether training for competition or just aiming to get stronger in the gym. Excellent performance means increasing weight, and progressive weight increases equals growth (3).
Recovery Begins At Home, Growth Starts In The Gym
Outside of the gymnasium you rest, you eat, and recuperate for your next workout. You get on with life, like family, friends, work and your other interests, but you always have one eye on your next workout. This is because you know from experience that what you put in when you workout, or when you practice, ultimately determines the final product that you produce. If you compete, this could mean the difference between making the team or sitting on the sidelines. It could be the difference between winning a medal, or watching someone else claim first prize. If you are a non-competitive bodybuilder, this could be the difference between hitting a new PR or being stuck in a plateau. It could be why you weren’t in shape the last time you went to the beach.
When you train you initiate a sequence of events that trigger muscle hypertrophy – the growth of muscle tissue – and make you stronger. If you DON’T TRAIN HARD enough, you don’t send the signals and you WON’T GET BIGGER, faster or more powerful. Before you know it you’re stuck in a rut. Sportsmen around the world realise that to perform at their highest level they need to be able to train at their highest level year-round. In the exact same way, to look your very best you have to train your very best and do so consistently. This isn't always possible in life – there can be too many LIMITING factors, things that get in the way and hold you back.
To succeed in your goals for looking better and being stronger you should consider yourself an athlete and aim to ensure that every workout you have contributes towards those goals. We’d like to tell you how Craze™ can help you in your endeavors.
Welcome To Your New World Of Craze™
Everything about Craze™ has been formulated based on the latest scientific evidence for sporting performance enhancement*. The Kinesis™ blend that makes up Craze™ begins with trimethylglycine (TMG). TMG has been shown in a recent double-blind placebo-controlled study to IMPROVE TRAINING PERFORMANCE AND LOWER FATIGUE in human subjects (4). Another recent research study published in the JISSN, also a randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled trial, found that TMG supplementation INCREASED POWER AND FORCE OUTPUT of participants that were asked to bench and squat, and those given TMG maintained the power and force ability throughout the workout (5). TMG is believed to exert these effects due to it being a natural osmolyte (6). By pulling water into cells TMG can volumize the muscle, making it bigger, stronger and more resistant to fatigue. It’s incorporation in Craze™ was as much of a no-brainer as the next component: creatine monohydrate.
Creatine: Performance Results Every Time*

Operating a scientific query on monohydrate produces tens of thousands of results, many of which focus squarely on creatine’s ability as a performance booster. It does this combining with a phosphate from adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to rapidly renew phosphocreatine (PCr) in muscle (7). PCr is a currency that the muscle can use for fast energy demands - like heavy strength training. This can cause a significant difference in your training as evidenced by numerous human trials. A double-blind study involving thirty-two resistance-trained men found that it only took five days for the individuals to raise their body weight and fat-free mass (i.e. muscle) and drastically increase their peak force production on the bench press (8). Some of the weight gained was undoubtedly water - just like TMG creatine pulls water into cells, causing volume. But this study is not the only to find these effects. Other placebo-controlled studies have reinforced the use of creatine to improve performance and muscle mass (9, 10), and more importantly IT DOES THIS SAFELY, with no effect on blood pressure, renal function, or plasma CK activity (10).

Creatine Makes A Muscle Grow*
The effects that creatine can have on muscle size is NOT just related to its ability to increase water retention. In fact research has established that creatine can directly increase muscle size itself, and it can do this through a number of growth-regulating paths. Leucine is one of the main amino acids involved in protein synthesis and muscle-building, and creatine is proven in a randomized placebo-controlled study to reduce rates of leucine oxidation (11) thus making more available for protein synthesis. But creatine will not boost protein synthesis rates alone. In conjunction with resistance exercise like weight lifting, however, it is a different story. A study in twenty-two untrained male subjects found that weight lifting over a period of a dozen weeks while supplementing with creatine had a SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON MUSCLE SIZE versus placebo (12). The effect was particularly significant in the type II muscle fibers - those with the highest potential for growth and force production (i.e. strength). A follow-up study - again double-blind, placebo-controlled - investigated the effects of creatine on myogenic regulatory factors over twelve weeks in twenty-two males. The study found that creatine increased the expression of myogenin and MRF-4 more than placebo (13). Myogenin and MRF-4 are BIG PLAYERS in myosin heavy chain expression and building muscle.
It has also been suggested that creatine plays a part in controlling myostatin levels. Myostatin is a protein that limits muscle growth so you don’t add an excessive amount of energy-expending muscle tissue. Some people have mutations on the gene that encodes for myostatin and are therefore heavily muscular and can add muscle mass extremely easily. A double-blind study published from the journal Molecular and Cellular Endocrinology investigated the effects that creatine combined with weight lifting had on twenty-seven healthy males (14). The researchers of that study discovered that creatine supplementation in conjunction with resistance training lead to larger decreases in serum myostatin, which may explain the increased muscle mass that is amplified by creatine supplementation.
Now you know that Craze™ can build size and strength, but what can it do for pump and power?
We’re glad you asked…
We Repeat, Supplemental Arginine DOES NOT Give Great Pumps!
In fact, there exists research that is almost twenty years old that has shown this (15) and yet firms persist in including it in their inadequately designed products. Within the arteries of the body arginine converts to citrulline through an enzyme called endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS). This process releases nitric oxide (NO) as a by-product. NO goes on to relaxing muscles in the walls of blood vessels, therefore promoting blood flow to muscles. This is important, as it helps deliver nutrients to the working muscles, but merely taking arginine does not significantly increase blood-arginine levels.

In actual fact THE BEST WAY to increase blood-arginine levels is by taking citrulline, as evidenced by a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled cross-over review in twenty healthy volunteers (16). As it happens, citrulline is the rate-limiting factor for arginine synthesis (17). To put it differently: more citrulline, more NO, and more pump. This is one reason why Craze™ uses L-Citrulline, but NOT THE ONLY reason. Citrulline also plays an exceptionally functional role in the body.
Citrulline And Ascorbic Acid: The Performance Specialists*
The Urea cycle is a process which occurs mainly in the liver and is crucial for regular body function through removal of highly toxic ammonia from the blood stream. Ammonia is a by-product of nitrogen breakdown that accumulates due to a variety of bodily processes, including amino acid digestion. By increasing metabolic rate and as a consequence amino acid breakdown, physical exercise produces a great deal of ammonia which might build-up. When the Urea cycle is unable to keep up with the manufacture of ammonia and harmful nitrates, their build-up induces a metabolic acidosis which may inhibit energy production, reduce recovery, and impede athletic performance substantially - something that has been shown in human metabolic testing (18) and is partly due to citrulline depletion (19)..

Nitric oxide is a free radical, and its release depletes the supplies of a naturally-occurring antioxidant within the body called glutathione (GSH). Because of this a sort of tolerance develops (20) that results in lowered nitric oxide output. This explains why many people fail to respond to NO-boosters after a few doses - the companies they buy from don’t understand the complex mechanisms involved. But we do, and we researched and found a double-blind, placebo-controlled study that proved that ascorbic acid, more well known as Vitamin C, can help prevent this tolerance from developing in the first place (21). But vitamin C is a multi-headed beast and has also been shown in one double-blind, randomized, crossover study to help lower oxidative stress, leading to lower post-workout muscle soreness and enhanced recovery (22). This finding has since been repeated in other double- and single-blind placebo-controlled human trials (23, 24). And now you know why Craze™ includes ascorbic acid.
There is one more facet of each session that is often missed in pre-workout products.
Enhancing The Mind-Muscle Connection

There aren’t many supplements available that can boost the mind-muscle connection quite like caffeine can. It acts in the brain by antagonising (blocking) adenosine A1 and A2A receptors (25). This inhibits the activity of Adenosine, a compound in the body that typically decreases nerve cell activity, initiating a relaxed type of environment. By antagonising adenosine, this result is in fact reversed and nerve cell activity is increased. In other words, you are stimulated.
This stimulation has been shown in human trials to manifest as an enhancement in performance ability (26) and a decline in fatigue (27). In eighteen male sportsmen caffeine was shown to improve strength on the leg press, chest press and Wingate test, as well as leading to a greater peak power (28). A placebo-controlled study recently published in the European Journal of Applied Physiology discovered that in healthy males, those given caffeine recorded superior sprint cycling performances (29). A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial conducted at the University of Alabama found out that caffeine ingestion just before exercise improved performance by delaying fatigue and blunting the pain response (30). A study from California State University-San Marcos has recently backed these findings on caffeine lowering the pain response to exercise (31). Another study from earlier this year found that caffeine prior to exercise not only lowered fatigue in healthy males leading to an improvement in the bench press, it also increased how they perceived their mood (32).
We could go on and on about this subject all night, but the fundamental message is that caffeine enhances performance. A review paper published in the journal Applied Physiology, Nutrition, and Metabolism discussed the effects of caffeine on the neuromuscular system and concluded that caffeine is an ergogen not just because of a more direct effect on muscle cells (where it potentiates calcium release from the ryanodine receptor), but also on the nerves themselves (33). Human trials have found that caffeine enhances COGNITION, promotes ALERTNESS and enhances MOTOR CONTROL (34, 35). This role in neuroprotection is also believed to be how Dendrobex™, a proprietary dendrobium extract, may work (36). Dendrobium is one of the fifty “fundamental herbs” listed in traditional Chinese medicine (37). Here it is made into an herbal tea and drank as it is believed to help strengthen the immune system and act as an energizer.

Citramine™ is an extract of Citrus reticulata, produced from the fruit of the tangerine. For centuries it has been used in both Ayurvedic and chinese medicine where it is believed to promote the flow of natural energy through those that consume it. This effect is thought to be due to the alkaloids that Citramine™ is rich in, including N-methyltyramine (NMT) and naringenin. The stimulatory qualities of NMT have been shown in rodents, where it BLOCKS the alpha-2 adrenergic receptor (40). This receptor would typically lower stimulation, as well as promoting fat storage, so this is very welcome. The stimulatory effect of NMT may be amplified by the naringenin content of Citramine™, which can also extend the stimulatory effect of caffeine as noted in a human trial released in the British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology (41).
Now you know what Driven Sports Craze™ is, allow us to explain what Craze™ is NOT!
Out With The Old, In With The Craze™
Craze™ IS NOT Another Geranium Extract Copycat Product.
The Kinesis™ formulation in Craze™ is a thing we feel is truly new and novel. Within a few months of Craze™ being released we fully anticipate that there will be companies trying to produce and market copycat products with the Kinesis™ blend. We have seen it countless times before with our other products and we can only expect that this one will be exactly the same. However this time we are more prepared. The Kinesis™ blend is proprietary to protect the time we spent researching to perfect the Craze™ product formula. It is not just generic amounts of each component - it is a PRECISE amount of each element based on the human scientific studies available. Don't be fooled into thinking that a generic rip-off will give the same results. And for certain, with these ingredients more is definitely not better*.
So You Wanna Determine what Makes Craze™ Stand Apart?
As you have seen, Craze™ was designed to enhance your workouts and enhance your progress. We believe that you’ll agree with us that Craze™ MORE THAN lives up to this expectation. There are many other aspects of Craze™ that we feel to be vital to your experience. These are FLAVOR, VALUE FOR MONEY and the fact that Craze™ DOES NOT USE CRAPPY FILLERS to pad out the product.
How Did Coca-Cola® And Pepsi® Help Flavor Craze™?
As insane as it sounds these soft drink behemoths played a role in flavoring Craze™. We can only assume that other companies with flavored products spend LITTLE OR NO TIME on the taste of their products, which is probably about the same amount of time they invest in the science backing their formulas! We know our market and we have tried a great number of other products. Some of them taste so awful that they are hard to finish. This is because many companies only sample sips of their product during the development stage, and this is where Coca-Cola® and Pepsi® come in.
In the 1970’s and 1980’s Coca-Cola® and Pepsi® were involved in an ALL OUT WAR after Pepsi® introduced the “Pepsi Challenge”. This involved blind-taste tests, called central location tests, held in places like shopping centers over the country. These tests were just sips of the two drinks, which concluded that people preferred the taste of Pepsi® over Coke®. This marketing campaign helped increase sales of Pepsi® somewhat, but Coca-Cola® remained the leading beverage of the United States.
Why?
Because consumers don’t just sip the beverage once, they drink entire cans, and over the course of an entire drink more people prefer Coke®! For this reason, when we sampled all of the flavor variations of Craze™ we would drink the entire serving in order to establish what we believe to be the perfect taste. Just sipping is not sufficient. We replicated the ENTIRE experience that you will have with Craze™.
“Why Did My Pre-Workout Go Weak?”
With Craze™ you have one scoop for a serving - maybe two for the more extreme workouts. We are confident you won't find yourself needing a higher and higher dose. We have seen other products that claim 45 servings per tub that you find yourself working up from 1-2 servings to 3-4 servings! That means a tub doesn't last long! This just ROBS YOU of value for money, and no one wants to have to buy a new pre-workout product every week. With Craze™ you will NEVER NEED to go higher than two servings, and in fact SHOULD NEVER exceed two servings.
We also pride ourselves on not padding out the product will crappy fillers like maltodextrin. With Craze™ all you get is the great formula and the great taste. Nothing else.
It’s time to focus on MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE AT EVERY WORKOUT in order to make yourself the best you can be.
It’s time for The Next Big Craze™!

Tried this stuff went straight in on 2 scoops. Very strong euphoria, felt like I was on MDMA - couldnt stop chatting and fidgiting on way 2 gym. Training was so intense i kept pushing out set after set, gives you really good focus and drive in the gym.
This stuff put my heartrate so high that i literally felt like i was gunna pop - threw up half way through my deadlift sets, but carried on and ended up with a new PB.
Elbow joints tend to hurt the day after as you can do more sets at a higher intensity when on this stuff so more wear and tear on the joints.
Recommend this for Heavy power days with large rest intervals, seems to really overstimulate the CNS for more power. Prefer no xplode for hypertrophy days with short intervals as gives better pump without crazy high heartrate.
Tried one scoop craze and two scoops no Xplode - less euphoria but good strength and focus with massive painfull pumps.

I have used many pre workout supps and most give a good pump and some focus
this appears to be much stronger and 2 scoops was too much
very euphoric buzz but was in the zone and pushed hard and was almighty pumped
mixes well, tasted good and affects kick in within 20mins.
recommended but test your tolerance and remember very "Euphoric"

I would just like to stait that i would have definatly given this a 5 * if it wasent for the lack of sleep this caused.
Ive tryed magority of the pre-workouts out there and i am very tollerant to stims but this is just insane. The focus was definotly there and my muslces almost went numb as the workout went on, felt like i was buzzing after the workout ( Realy wired ).
Gave some to a couple of mates and the same results occured.
final verdict - Amazing product for consentration and keeping good form, still get a good pump just dont take it after 5 pm if you like sleep ^^.

What can i say this product is fantastic! I take it with Nitrix too and the pumps are exploding, the drive is incredible and the energy and stamina is endless, as unhealthy as it i spent 3 hours in the gym, i just didn't want to leave, taking 2 scoops with Nitrix before my workout is far too strong 1-1.5 scoops is much, you get a standard size tub pretty much the same amount of servings as any other pre workout for about the same price and it is by far the best i've ever took and surpasses jack3d.
Will be sticking to this pre workout in the future, now just waiting for DS to make a post-workout shake :P

A customer said: As a first time user of craze, it does what it says, used it at work and 3 hours after takeing 1 scoop im still wired, more alert and still throwing 20kg sacks of onions and 25 kg sacks of potatoes around like they were only half the weight. recommend it to anybody.

It's fair to say that the supplement market is over saturated with a lot of products that claim to be the be all and end all of a particular field, for the most, the worst "culprits" of this trend come from two areas: Pre Workout formulas, and "natural" test boosters. Now, I'm not in a state of being that I actually need to boost my test levels beyond what that are right now (I'm 29, have three sons, and am pretty well known for my man like proportions in all but the loosest of terms). I have a high pressure jobs managing ICT, which means me leaving the house at 7am and getting home around 5pm if I'm lucky. Despite being willing and able, I often lack drive, especially if it's not been a good day at the office, I'd rather curl up on the sofa and sleep then drive to the gym and train hard. Ask my better half, who's been my PT for over a year, some days my motivation levels are dire at best, my confidence bombs, my training plans for the night go out the window and I just can't get into it. For me, PWO's are there to bridge the gap between mind and body, get them both in sync, and tear the gym floor right up.
Up till now, I've used two: Hemo Rage Black UC, and Jack3d.
Both worked well for the first couple of weeks, then the effects more then halved, then nothing. Literally. I'm pretty unresponsive to stimulants due to excessive coffee drinking in my youth. Hence I left it a good couple of weeks before reviewing Craze...the good news is, it works. It works consistently, with effect, and with massive benefits.
After watching me train on Craze for a week, Laura decided she wanted in too, so this is a double blind review if you like, by both sexes, doing different types of training (I lift big and heavy on antagonistic muscle groups, interspersed with mid weight hypertrophy style super sets, Laura does pure hypertrophy and plyo, again split the same way). Both of us train five nights a week.
Initial notes upon consumption:
It's, erm, different, but not the worst thing I've ever drank by a long shot, ha ha. Slightly sour grape flavour. Two scoops in 12oz of water seems to be the best bet. We take it 30 minutes before starting our cardio warm up, so half in the apartment getting dressed, rest in the car on the way down. It sends your tongue slightly numb, which is both odd and pleasant in all once you get used to it. We are both fairly talkative anyway, but more so after taking this stuff, it does put you in an alarmingly positive mood, and we'll discuss beating PB's for the night, what to eat when we get back, before breaking out into song at random and getting fits of the giggles. However, that passes...
Coming up:
Craze spikes with a jarring intensity. Both of us have felt warm, tingling sensations, followed by waves of massive energy and positive cognitive thought...this lasts for around ten minutes, and is genuinely pleasant without being overwhelming. Pupils dilated, you feel solid, confident and ready and raring to go. The next thing to come is focus, devastating, fixed, tunnel like focus.
Locked in:
The next phase is focus. This is where Craze really hits home for me, and why I rate it so highly.
NOTHINGelse matters but YOUR session.
Earphones in, music up load enough to drown out the noise of the PR system and mental ostrich runners on the x trainers, and your fixed in the zone. The confidence and drive to perform and exceed are unmatched. Your literally in a world of your own, only your reps matter, only your sets count, and you'll want to bleed every last ounce of energy from every exercise. I often find myself stalking the plates between sets, staring into the mirror and breathing deeply, or crouching, fixated on a dot on the floor, before spooling up even more aggression before hitting the next set. According to Lau, I look like a psychopath, and if she didn't know me she wouldn't come within an inch of me whilst I'm training. It's remarkable, and nothing beats knowing YOUR causing that pumped up muscle swell you can see pushing up from under your clothes. Craze has really helped me exceed my limits over the past month or so. All of the big three for me are up by a minimum of 30%, actually 50% for squat (I only weigh 70kg, but have a low bf%, and managed to get my 1RM up to 160kg last week).
Coming down:
No crash, no jitters, no unpleasant surprises, in fact the come down is really nice and Zen like, leaving a peaceful, warm, spent but not exhausted feeling of wellbeing, and "oneness" with yourself. I'd even go as far to say slightly "loved up" at times.
Conclusion:
Excellent work by Driven Sports, a solid, does what it says on the tin product that exceeds expectations and delivers actual results. Craze is the next big thing since Creatine, mark my words, and a fantastic addition to anyones workout. I recommend it highly to everyone, an easy 5/5. Can't praise it enough.

when i first got my craze 1 to 1 and a half scoops gave me mad energy, could not sit still and was able to do more reps and MUCH more cardio. the euphoric feeling advertised is very similar to the kinda feeling you get from MDMA.
however after a few weeks of taking this stuff even with regular intervals im now at 2 scoops with a much less effect, so my tolerence to craze has grown very quick, not sure if everyone will be like this. also on sides, sleep is pretty bad, best to take this as early as you can in the day, and i personally found my self getting very aggressive with people after the "euphoric" come down with minial patience and general moodiness.
mental focus is pretty much what this is about and it does deliver, i tend to almost zone out and focus purely on the next lift.
overall though this is a great product and if anything my cardio and fitness has improved massivley, not to sure if its effected my muscle gain to much though.
predator also sent me a free dexaprime sample with this, which i took with craze.. that was an in sane energy spike, might consider dexaprime next time as i didnt feel any come down effects.
P.S it tastes like shit, but its only small servings and mixed with a protein shake can help the flavour but "candy grape" .. dont expect much from that

I don't know if it's just me or others have had similar experiences but I never really got the results others describe in their reviews, not even close.
The first time I took craze I had 1.5 scoops before American Football training. The most notable result was that I started feeling numbness and tingling in my hands and fingers. Craze did help me focus more and it was very hard to get distracted from training but that was about it. There was no euphoric feeling, no rush, no energy burst... nothing. I even found that I get tired more quickly than normal. I am used to 2-4 hours American football training sessions but this time I was out of breath after only 30-40 minutes. I found that I get dehydrated faster and no matter how much water I drank I still had a dry mouth. However, the worst thing about it was that the numbness and tingling in my fingers remained for a few days after I took Craze although it was not as strong as during the 8-10 hours after taking it.
The second time I took craze, I increased the dose to 2 scoops and had exactly the same results. Thare wasn't any difference at all. That's why I decided to stop it for a week as I thought I may be developing a tolerance towards it and try it again after that. Even after a week after using it, the numbness and tingling still remained although much weaker.
The third time I took it, I increased the dose to 3 scoops, although it is not recommended, just before a game. I did get a rush and a slight euphoric feeling for about 30-40 minutes but that was it. I normally play both on defence and offence but this time I only played on defence as I was injured but still got tired and out of breath quicker than usual, even hough I was on the field for a limited time due to my injury. The only difference I could feel was increased blood pressure (even before the game) which is not a good sign.
I tried Craze before a gym work out as well to see it would have better effect but sadly this wasn't the case. I took 2 scoops and didn't feel any rush at all. There was no difference in the weights I could usually lift or the number of reps. The only difference was the increased focus - nothing in the gym was distracting me and I finished my session in no time. Although the increased focus is a plus, I wouldn't recommend taking it if you have a morning wokr out and you are going to work afterwards as it literally lets you focus on just one thing only. That's up to an extent that I even found it difficult to take notes during a meeting.
The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because it does have some of the effects that are advertised but I'm only achieving the desired results after going three times over the recommended dose of 1 scoop and even then the side effects outweigh the advantages. It also tastes quite good.

Tried 1.5 scoops yesterday for my leg session to try out my tolerance, pyramids super sets of squats and dead lifts. Focus was up 100% for a really intense session. Effect kicks in within 20-30 mins and i even felt the euphoric effect whilst in work which was 4 hours later.
2 scoops today for my chest and arms session and oh my god. Driving down to the gym i could feel my whole body just going crazy, constantly fidgeting, really on edge and alert. Got in the gym and i couldn't stop moving. Was in there for over two hours and still had plenty left in the tank. I know that two hours is a long time but was chatting to one of my mates i haven't seen in a while, one of the negative effects of craze, you cant shut up.
Definitely recommend it, taste isn't up to much defo need more water than the recommended amount. Make sure that you drink plenty of water in your session while taking it tho.
Cant wait for shoulders and back tomorrow....... 'Light weight, Light weight baby'

it gives you mad focus, you dont wanna leave the gym. everyone ive spoke to about it is raving on about it, really gives you what you need in the gym.
the downsides are after gym you cant sleep and you do get abit of comedown.

I did notice a difference using Craze during my workout. Was more focused and didn't need much rest between sets.
Only negative I have about the product is the price and taste, otherwise would have been 5/5.
Hope this helps.

This is the first pre work suppliment I've used. Though it works well and gives you a great buzz. Be prepared to be awake ALL night. I take it a 4pm and get to sleep at 5am following morning. Have tried using differant amounts from one to two scoops. One doesn't give you a buzz but still keeps you awake. Have stopped useing it now simple because of this side affect. Will still use it if i want to be up all night partying.

I've tried Levrone Formula before which was good but I feel that craze has more va-va-voom
I feel tuned into my workouts and recover fast between sets. I can definetly do more reps and sets using this stuff.
When I leave the gym I'm not exhausted either? ooh raah
