I was buying protein in a hurry and this was the only Casein available - big mistake. It has the numbers right, but the taste is repellent. The texture is gritty and chalky at the same time, and it's a really fine powder that gets everywhere when you use the tiny scoop provided to dish out a portion.
I've tried everything I could think of to make it work - mixing with other powders, adding fruit, flavourings, sweetners etc. But in the end that only makes it bearable, and it's a real struggle to make anything like an enjoyable taste. To squeeze in a positive, I still saw results and it made a very filling shake.
Compared to Syntrax Micellar creme, this is more expensive, you get less servings, and the taste difference is huge.
