What makes Micro Whey different from the competition?
The cross flow microfiltration process (CFM) is the most expensive method of filtering fat and lactose. Many brands use the ion-exchange process which is where electrical particles attach themselves to the fat and are subsequently separated. This ion-exchange process is cheaper, less time consuming but at the detriment of the product as protein structures are damaged as a result.

Suggested Use for Micro Whey:

Take 3 measures (approx.30g) and mix with 250mls of water or milk and mix in a blender or shaker.
