One dose (30g) mix with water or milk (200ml) in shaker or blender.
On workout days 1st dose in the morning after getting up, 2nd dose up to 1,5h after workout and 3rd at bedtime.
On non-workout days: 1st dose in the morning after getting up, 2nd dose between meals, 3rd at bedtime.
