These capsules contain gelatinised maca powder. The capsules are vegetarian friendly and the "gelatinisation" should not be confused with gelatin capsules. As it more concentrated, most users find 2-4 capsules sufficient as a daily dose. However, the optimal dosage will vary from individual to individual and you should experiment with the dosage that works best for you.
