Warmup

1. Start your workout with a few mins of cardio to raise core temperature. Warmer muscles perform better.

2. Don't perform static stretches unless the muscles are unable to work through a full range of motion. Static stretches have been shown to compromise performance.

3. Use dynamic stretches and activities instead, gradually increasing your range of motion, and speed of execution.

Posted by PredatorAdmin at 16:59 20/01/12

If it’s a Monday (International Chest Day) you can expect to see a line of guys waiting to bench right after them. Second, someone is doing some variation of biceps curls. It doesn’t matter if its barbell, dumbbell, cable machine or some weird variety, they be curling. Of course if there are girls, the men will be doing curls. Or something.
