    Read all warnings prior to use. Use as a dietary supplement on training days.To determine tolerance, begin by taking one serving (1 scoop) mixed with 8 oz. of water 20 - 30 minutes before training. After personal tolerance has been assessed, take one to two servings (1 - 2 scoops) 20 - 30 minutes before training begins. Add 8 oz. of water for each serving. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SERVINGS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.

    Superpump 250 was the first preworkout I took after NO-Xplode that I preferred to the BSN product as far as taste and performance went but I think Gaspari went backwards with both Superpump Max (no energy) and Superdrive (just useless).

    I think Superpump 3 is a good return to form for Gaspari. I have used it for a week now and can tell you that the energy, while nothing immense like a Frenzy or Jack3d, is enough to produce good motivation and desire to train harder. For first time users of preworkouts I think this would be a good introduction to preworkout supps.
