How To Place An Order

Making an order is very easy...

1. Simply go through the products listed at our site, either by category or brand name on the left hand side of the page and select the product or products you are interested in.

2. When you come across something you wish to buy, simply select how many units you wish to add to the cart and select a flavour where appropriate. For products where a bulk discount is available, note that the discount will be applied even if you choose different flavours of the same product.

3. Once you are ready to check out, click the checkout button and select your payment method at which point you will be directed to enter payment and shipping details. The choices offered will vary slightly depending on which payment method you select.

4. Before paying, you will be given a choice to adjust the quantities of the items in your cart or add other options, but once you are ready submit your order which will be processed instantaneously by secure server so your details remain 100% safe and secure.

Our site is set up so that only items that are in stock can be purchased from our site, so as soon as you checkout you can be assured that we will be getting your order ready for dispatch straight away. Please note that on a rare occasion there may be a reason why we can't get your order ready straight away, but if this happens, we will contact you immediately. Orders should be made before 3PM to guarantee same day dispatch.

Loyalty Scheme

1. With our Loyalty Scheme you get 1 point for every £1 you spend. Once you've built up enough points you can get products of your choice for free!

2. Make sure you register with us first and then log into your account every time you order. It's important to do this otherwise the points won't go onto your account!*

3. As products differ in value, the number of points required to redeem products will also vary. Cheaper products will obviously require less redemption points, whereas more expensive products will require more   points.

4. To see how many points you need to get a product for free - go to the product page and look at where it says "Points For Redemption". **

5. Once you've decided which product you want and checked that you have enough loyalty points, just add the product to the shopping cart. You will now see the product in your shopping cart - there will be an option to the right of the product that says

*If you've placed an order but forget to log into your account then we can transfer the points across for you, but don't do it again unless you want a slap on the wrist!

**If you redeem a product that requires less points than you have, the remaining points will simply stay on your account and can be used another time.
