Taste: 7/10. The chocolate flavor tastes okay but the addition of the oats adds something strange to the taste, it kind of adds a malty horlicks type of taste. I wouldn't say its bad but its definitely noticeable and while I'm fine with it I'm sure some wont enjoy it. Mix-ability: 9/10. As I've experienced with all ON products the mix-ability is top notch. It doesn't dissolve as well as the ON whey or casein but it only requires an extra few shakes in the shaker. Nutritional ratios: 9/10. Whey and oats in one shake, excellent. Post workout is where this shake really makes a difference, it allows me to get a protein and carb intake before leaving the gym. The oats in the shake are pretty filling in comparison to a plain whey shake so I'm guessing this could be a decent snack shake. Cost: 8/10. It's hard to compare the price on this as before buying I searched for cheaper alternative products but couldn't find anything similar. Overall: 8/10. I'm really impressed with this product, for years I've been reading about the importance of carbs immediately post workout and now I'm starting to see why. Strength is up and energy levels are good.
