This is a decent blend; a good all rounder. It has protein from a number of sources which allows a timed release. This does contain carbs and fat so if you are on a cut you might want to limit your consumption or use this for MRP. I use these on clean bulks and whenever I bulk I add around 5kg over 3 months with about 4 meals and 3 shakes a day. Taste: 5 - simply the best Mixibility: 5 - never clumps Quality of ingredients: 4 - it has corn syrup which is junk. Overall a good all rounder
