Having used many supplements in my time I thought it time to give PH's a go. I'm a 32 year old, 16 stone, med to well built. I coming to the end of a 4 week cycle - 20mg 1st week, 30mg 2nd week and 40mg week 3+4, cycle support by AI and using Gaspari Novedex XT as a test boost/PCT. It's worth mentioning I stopped drinking alcohol and paid more attention to my diet, I also found I was in the gym a lot more. I got good gains, solid and sustained pumps, I got comments from friends and family saying I had got a lot bigger.
I'm looking forward to getting through my PCT so I can look to start my next cycle.

This is the first PH I have used and I was SINCERELY pleased with the results. The effects were apparent after less than one week. However I believe the greatest results were felt in weeks 3 and 4. Not only did my physical strength increase I also experienced prolific mental gains, with feelings of confidence and hunger to destroy and digest set after set.

Side effects were minimal as advertised. However I did feel some aching in joints. Again this has to be expected from a 'dry' product like Havoc and the increased weight your body is able to lift in such a short period of time. The side effects would not stop me from using this product again as they were limited.

In conclusion a great product. Weight is up 11lbs, Strength is the highest it's ever been, added Inches to my body in the right places, unbelievable pumps and to be perfectly honest I will miss the effects of Havoc as I approach PCT.

hi i am only 3 week into my havoc cycle am aiming to do a 8 week altogether the first 2 weeks didnt get much but after 2 weeks havoc kicks in big time my flat bench is up 25 30 pounds and weight up 7 pounds and a great pumped feeling as well as for side effects abserlutly none apart from great gains lol as far as dosages i weight just under 17 stone so i tend to go fairly high with dosage 4 tabs on none workout days and 5 on training days but overall awesome product

i took this product 1 cap for 2 days, 2 for 10 days 3 caps for 18 days, 2 caps 5 days, 1 cap 5 days then 1 every other day till finished. Great gains, no sides, gained 4 kg, 94-98kg and strength and size gains noticeable

I took Havoc for 4 weeks after taking advice that is was the best for me as someone wanting to gain lean mass and it worked nicely - added 7lbs and leaned up a little at the same time. Added 40lbs to my squat and 3/4 inch to my arm and best of all no real sides which was what I was most worried about going in.
