Ingredients:

Directions:

Mix one scoop of Phosphagen Elite with 8oz of cold water. Take one scoop two to times daily. Some individuals may experience a mild flushing sensation on initial use. If this occurs, divide daily dose into 1/2 scoop doses gradually increasing dosage from 1-2 scoops daily. If flushing continues, limit dosage to 1 scoop daily or discontinue.
