Udo’s Choice is made from the oils of certified organic flax, sunflower and sesame seeds, with unrefined oils from the germs of rice and oats, evening primrose oil and GMO-free lecithin. The oil has a pleasant nutty taste and adds flavour to any dish such as pasta or rice, but it must not be used for cooking. Udo’s Choice should be kept refrigerated and consumed within eight weeks of opening. It can be frozen for up to 18 months to extend shelf life.

Other Ingredients Flaxseed oil, Sunflower seed oil, Sesame seed oil, Coconut oil, Evening primrose oil (13mg gla/15ml), Soy lecithin, Rice bran and rice germ oils, Oat bran and oat germ. The oils in this blend supply a range of fatty acids including 2:1:1 ratio of omega 3, 6 and 9.
Directions For Use Add 3-4 tablespoons of Udo's Choice Oil Blend to food or take as is. Use as required. Children: Administer the oil in proportion to weight. If you weigh 100 pounds and use 2 tablespoons each day, a 10 pound child should take about 1/10th as much as you. However, because children are more metabolically active than grown-ups, they may need a little more oil than is proportional to their weight.
Udo"s Choice Oil Blend is compatible with all foods and can be used with cold, warm, and hot (once off the heat source) foods but must not be used for frying, baking, or other high temperature cooking.
Favourite uses are in salads, protein shakes, yogurt, juices, soups, on steamed vegetables, rice, and pastas, and with balsamic vinegar for dipping.
