In fact, the resulting pancakes are anything but boring. Sweet, light and fluffy, these golden brown pancakes are so good that they don't even need butter or syrup (although they do taste fantastic with high protein peanut butter, almond butter, natural yoghurt, fruit or nuts). If like me you struggle to find the time to eat a decent breakfast, I can't recommend Met-RX Protein Plus Pancake Mix enough.

Directions For Use
To make three pancakes: lightly coat a non-stick frying pan with oil or non-stick spray and preheat to a medium temperature. Combine two scoops (57g) of Protein Plus Pancake Mix with 1/3 cup and blend using a wire whisk. The batter will appear a little lumpy at first; it’ll smooth out when cooking so do not overmix. Next, pour two tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto the pan and cook for one to one and a half minutes per side until golden brown, turning once.
