Changing or Canceling Your Order
Once your order has been placed on our website, it is passed to our warehouse to pick and box up ready for dispatch the same day.
If you want to change or cancel your order after you have placed it, then you must do this by calling us as soon as possible on 01924 428420 where we will be able to advise if your order has been dispatched.
If your order has been dispatched we are unable to recall it. You will have to wait for it to be delivered and then return it to us, following our returns policy
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email or call which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing email@example.com or by calling 01924 428420 for a recommendation.
