How it Works

Predator Nutrition Rize Review

Here at Predator Nutrition we were lucky enough to get some trial servings whilst this product was still in its beta testing phase. We didn't want to keep these trial servings to ourselves and opened them up to our valued customers, read what they have to say:

Ryan Sweetmore:
For a high stimulant pre-workout, the taste was excellent. It gradually kicks in after about 20 minutes with later sharp focus and long-lasting energy without any sudden peaks or crashes. Glad I took it in the morning as I was still feeling it hours later (not to be used in an evening if you want sleep). If Obliterate (Fusion Supplements) or 5150 International (5% Rich Piana) had a love child with Hydrazine (Hydrapharm), it would be Rize. Not an everyday pre-workout. Can't wait for the release!

Liam Brown:
Nothing has really come close to the original craze ... until now!
I took Rize by driven sports (1.5 servings) after a tough night shift at the station and within 30 minutes I felt that old euphoric feeling not to dissimilar to the feeling that craze v1 gave me.

After arriving at the gym, I started to feel the laser like focus similar again to craze v1. 45 minutes into my leg workout and my energy levels were still through the roof, from 10 x 10 at 105kg squats the previous week I had now done 10 x 15 at 105kg and still felt like I could do more. I then moved onto stiff leg deadlifts then lunges, smashing my previous weeks weights.

There was absolutely no crash after the workout...only a skin tearing pump that I’ve not felt in a very long time.
I’m incredibly excited for this to be released and must thank predator nutrition for giving me the opportunity to trial it.
Believe the hype!

Austin Armacost:
It’s a great, great pre-workout, I had no peaks, no troughs; it’s a consistent blast of energy throughout your entire workout. My workout this time consisted of about 60-70 minutes and I was focused, I was alert and I had a tonne of energy. I felt strong – it was wonderful.

I’ve taken No-Xplode in the past and with that there’s a rise and then a quick fall 20-30 minutes later, I had none of that, it was consistent throughout, I was very happy with that.

Taste, on a scale of 1-10 I’d say it was a 7. I’ve had pre-workouts in the past that taste really good and I’ve had pre-workouts that taste really bad. This one was kinda in the middle, definitely tolerable but nothing I’d spit out.
I’d highly recommend it – it gave me a great workout!

A consistent blast of energy.

It's a great pre-workout. I had no peaks, no troughs; it's a consistent blast of energy throughout your entire workout. My workout consisted of about 60-70 minutes and I was focused, I was alert and I had a tonne of energy. I felt strong - it was wonderful. The taste was okay I guess - I've had pre-workouts in the past that taste really good and some that taste really bad, this one was somewhere in the middle, definitely tolerable though. I'd highly recommend it - it gave me a great workout!

Nothing has really come close to the original craze... until now! I took Rize after a tough night shift at the station and within 30 minutes I felt that old euphoric feeling not too dissimilar to the feeling that craze v1 gave me. After arriving at the gym, I started to feel the laser-like focus similar again to craze v1. 45 minutes into my leg workout and my energy levels were still through the roof, from 10 x 10 at 105kg squats the previous week I had now done 10 x 15 at 105kg and still felt like I could do more. Managed a couple of PRs

I have to say, it felt good! Great energy and very clean, no jitters, I even managed a couple of PRs which is nearly unheard of 4 weeks out from a show so I'll take that!

A definite rival to anything out there at the moment.

Effects: It took about 20 mins to kick in, but wasn’t a sudden blast of energy which I much prefer, just a nice gradual increase in focus and energy. The pumps were very good, within my first two exercises I had a full session pump, energy was constant throughout the workout with no drop off at all and no crash. Definitely helped with performance with a couple of PB’s on my cable row and preacher curl. I felt like I could carry my session on when I’d finished my normal routine which I’ve never felt before. Taste: This shouldn’t be how you pick a pre-workout but as an added bonus it tasted class! A very effective pre-workout which I'd use time and time again. A definite rival to anything out there at the moment.

Hydrazine's and Obliterate's love child

For a high stimulant pre-workout, the taste was excellent. It gradually kicks in after about 20 minutes with later sharp focus and long-lasting energy without any sudden peaks or crashes. Glad I took it in the morning as I was still feeling it hours later (not to be used in an evening if you want to sleep). If Obliterate (Fusion Supplements) or 5150 International (5% Rich Piana) had a love child with Hydrazine (Hydrapharm), it would be Rize. Not an everyday pre-workout.

Tremendous Energy and Focus

The taste was very potent but very pleasing on the pallet but it took roughly 20-30 minutes to kick in and get to work. With being on a very low-calorie diet at the moment it can be challenging in the gym, however, I felt my focus was improved, my energy levels were remarkably better and being on no carbs I also got a pump from it. It unquestionably lasted the whole duration of my workout, leaving me feeling satisfied at the end of my chest workout. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend anyone to try Rize!

Not an everyday pre-workout, but a very powerful tool!

Without a doubt one of the strongest pre-workouts I've ever used and far surpassed my expectations. Focus, energy and intensity were far beyond what they are normally. I took 1.5 scoops and could have had an amazing session on half of that, I could still feel this hours after going home. Not an everyday pre-workout, but a very powerful tool to get your mind and body in the right place.

Not your everyday Pre-workout!

1) Mixability was very good and it easily dissolved with a spoon in a mug. Taste was decent too nothing offensive. The smell was slightly strong but overall no complaints. 2) Took 1.5 hours after a meal so fairly empty stomach and 30 minutes before my workout. I felt it kick in after around 45 minutes and really working around 60 minutes. I would recommend something such as Black Pepper extract to maybe make it start working sooner, otherwise just take it longer before ether workout. 3) Very good focus and mind muscle connection. I felt like I didn't want to talk to anyone and all I could think about was what I was doing or what I was directly looking at. There was no overwhelming feeling of stimulants which was a pleasant change from most stim-crazy pre-workouts. The energy and focus lasted for around 5 hours so definitely don't take it late in the day. I would possibly have preferred some sort of stimulant that hits a bit harder for the initial boost. However, the mental clarity and focus are the best I have gotten from an OTC pre-workout. Overall mental and performance benefit was sweet! 4) It didn't do much in terms of a pump, but I don't feel like it was meant to. However, as opposed to some caffeine and stimulant heavy pre-workouts it did nothing to hinder me getting a pump either. Therefore, this would stack VERY nicely with a stimulant free 'pump' pre-workout/agent. Additionally, I felt it made me very warm and sweat more than normal which in term made me appear more vascular due to the body being warm. Overall, very impressed and would use again. I see this as more of a tool and situational pre-workout rather than an everyday one. Also, high stacking capability with other supplements due to its smooth nature. Very unique and intense product and certainly have not tried anything similar to it before. Wouldn't recommend for everyday use as it's very intense.

Gave me a great workout!

I had a great workout on it, to be honest with you. It mixed very, very well. Other pre-workouts I’ve tried and got along with was probably Redcon1’s Total War which was a really good pre-workout, although I did get a comedown from Total War. I haven’t experienced a comedown with Rize so far. Rize is a very, very good pre-workout and I do rate it. I’d suggest if you’re into your pre-workouts to go check it out.

Hours of energy with no crash!

Rize gave me incredible focus and boosted my energy levels significantly, getting me raring to go for my workout - particularly useful for those who work long hours and typically train after work. After a 10-minute cardio warmup, I trained my chest and shoulders for about 80 minutes and did not feel a dip in my energy levels at all. I tend to lift as heavy as I can for sets of 8-10 reps, following a bodybuilding style regime. I find I tend to get hungry towards the end of my workouts as I typically train fasted, which can limit my performance with long sessions. Usefully, I felt Rize was an excellent appetite suppressant, with my energy remaining constant for around 4 hours after taking it. This would be excellent to take in the morning too and for those who are dieting or trying to stay lean. Unexpectantly, I found Rize gave me a great pump which is often not the case with stimulants as they can constrict blood flow to some degree and usually I have to pick a pre-workout for either more energy or enhanced blood flow. I was pleased to see this gave me both. I took this around 6pm and by 10pm I could slowly feel the energy fading away which is perfect as I prepare for sleep. Usually, if a pre-workout makes you crash, it can place a large burden on your heart for the additional energy, rather than the brain, so I was happy to see this did the latter, boosting my focus rather than my heart rate.
