When
Ultra-Hard is to be cycled. We recommend daily usage for no longer than eight weeks. Always take at least as long off cycle as you were on, during which you will conduct a full PCT. For individual usage, allow for 4-5 minutes after applying the gel before getting dressed. Do not exceed 5 pumps within a 24 hour period.
