Just a nice flavour without leaving a nasty after taste. Great on any kind of bread or pancakes. Highly recommend this product

Even though the texture requires microwaving to make it liquid and really spreadable (otherwise it is jut jelly-like), after 30 secs in the microwave it work wonders on pancakes or inside yogurt to give some flavor.
