Cutler Legend Pro has been designed in close collaboration with Mr Olympia Jay Cutler and it shows with a well thought out approach to preworkout supplementation which considers numerous aspects that are important in a preworkout.

Four-Stage Formula for Better Results

In general, preworkouts focus heavily on energy and some more basic onces leave it at that. More advanced formulas bring in nootropics for focus so that you can better harness the energy when training while still others add in ergogenics to provide more fuel to the body to support greater strength and endurance.

Cutler Legend Pro breaks its formula down into four different ingredient stacks which together provide focus, energy, pumps and even fat loss. Legend Pro claims that you will feel energy that lasts as well as extreme muscle pumps. Our own testing of this shows that it definitely sits in well as a balanced preworkout, less energy and focus than more explosive offerings like Hydrazine or Frenzy but with enough in its locker in different departments that it did keep us energised for a considerable period of time with effects only really wearing off 2-3 hrs after ingestion, about perfect in our book.

In terms of pumps, we think Legend Pro delivers less than its energy component but you still get a noticeable increase, mainly via intracellular water storage via the glycerol.

Overall, if you are looking for a preworkout which offers a balanced approach, doesn't cause any crash and helps you via several ways then Cutler Legend Pro could be a good option.

Powerful but not without Side Effects

This stuff gets you going - it really got me pumped up, but the side effect do make this a pre-workout I use sparingly, namely the cold sweats hours after working out. You'll have finished up, showered and then all of a sudden you are cold and soaking wet (I have read that this is a common thing with this pre-workout). You also end up producing a lot of saliva too, so much that I've dribbled during deadlifts multiple times when I;ve looked down. Overall I would only use this pre-workout if you are trying to cut and shed some water weight.
