Take one (1) serving (1 scoop) of AMINO1 Sport™ mixed into 12-16 oz. (354-473mL) of cold water, either before, during, or after a workout. On non-training days, consume throughout the day.Product Guide

New Amino1 Sport Formula
Amino1 has recently been reformulated and is now officially known as Amino1 Sport. This new version still retains the core ingredient found in previous versions of this product, namely BCAA's and includes 3g in each serving.
It is in the rest of the product that the differences show up as Musclepharm have pulled the amino acid citrulline and l-carnitine l-tartrate and now included arginine AKG and taurine. We are in two minds about this but for fans of AAKG, Musclepharm have included a generous dose of 3g in each serving.
Amino1 Sport retains a blend of amino acids designed to support recovery including the amino acid which is considered critical by dieting bodybuilders, glutamine and then wrapped the formula up with the hydration aid coconut water which also helps improve the Amino1 Sport formula by providing a rich source of vitamins.
