EC-COP dosage & how to use
Dissolve one scoop in 4 ounces of water, stir for 10 seconds or until foaming subsides. Drink immediately. Repeat two times per day, preferably after meals.Product Guide
Why
Creatinol-O-Phosphate, the main compound in this product, is an amazing compound that was originally developed in Italy as a drug for patients with cardiac insufficiency. Studies went on to show that COP had an amazing ability to rapidly increase both skeletal muscle strength and endurance. Unlike Creatine, COP does not require loading and its effects are felt rapidly. Anecdotal reports have also suggested that COP has a remarkable ability to help relieve chronic muscular aches and pains. Although you may find COP in other nutritional supplement formulas, it’s rarely sold in dosages that are high enough to be truly effective. Prototype Nutrition has formulated COP into an easy to consume effervescent formula for rapid absorption – finally allowing the consumer the ability to ingest effective doses of COP.
When
This product should not be taken as per normal recovery supplements like BCAAs (i.e. intra/post-workout), but instead taken regularly to improve recovery from intensive workouts over time.
Who
Unlike some brands, Prototype Nutrition is one that does not pay lip service to the idea of innovation. If you want a truly effective recovery product this one is well worth a try.
