Something we have found in our time testing out bars is that a lot of the 'low carb' bars are packed full of very little actual quality ingredients, and instead come up a little short.
Along comes 5% Nutrition with a bar ready to rival these other 'low carb' alternatives!
Knock the Carb Out is a Protein bar with a difference, with 20g of Protein coming from Egg Whites as the main source, this bar delivers a high quality protein as well as being low carbohydrate with only around 1g of sugar per bar.
Perfect for those of you that follow a low carb or keto diet, this bar is packed full of natural ingredients and NO processed foods, something extremely rare to come by.
The bar itself comes in two flavours: Double Dark Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, both of which taste great - not as nice or as sweet as some of the other - higher sugar content bars, but that's to be expected for a bar only containing natural ingredients and only 1 gram of sugar.
We still really enjoy these bars, the fact that they are natural, and perfect for Keto makes them the ideal, low carb choice.
