Returns and Refunds
Refund Eligibility
- Return within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund (original payment method).
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with no damage.
- No refund or exchange is possible without a receipt, dispatch note, or proof of purchase.
We cannot offer a refund for the following:
- Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items once opened or used: test kits, personal care products, and any other items that may pose a health or safety risk
- Gift Cards
- Clearance Products
- Frozen or Perishable Goods
Please be aware that any items returned opened or damaged will not be elligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer.
If a parcel is lost, a signed and dated document may be required before a resolution can be offered.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are present to sign for their parcel. In no way can Predator Nutrition or its delivery partners be held liable for failed deliveries unless either party has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
How to Return Goods
To ensure your items are eligible for return, we advise you contact our customer service at support@predatornutrition.com, providing the following information:
- Reason for Return
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Date of Order
- Details of products purchased
- Preferred Outcome (refund or exchange)
We strongly recommend using tracked delivery with appropriate packaging to ensure a safe return and reduce any processing delays.

Reshipment and Handling
- Incorrect address or missed delivery? Reshipment will incur shipping cost plus £5 handling fee.
- PO Box addresses may attract a £9 surcharge.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived by the expected date, please contact customer services within 48 hours.
For damaged deliveries, contact us within 24 hours so we can act quickly.

- Providing the correct delivery address is your responsibility.
- A signature may be required. Failed deliveries due to absence are not our liability unless caused by carrier or company error.
