Customs and Import Duties
Import taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your local regulations. These are not included in your order and must be paid by the recipient if required.
Reshipment and Handling
- Incorrect address or missed delivery? Reshipment will incur shipping cost plus £5 handling fee.
- PO Box addresses may attract a £9 surcharge.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived by the expected date, please contact customer services within 48 hours.
For damaged deliveries, contact us within 24 hours so we can act quickly.
Important Notes
- Providing the correct delivery address is your responsibility.
- A signature may be required. Failed deliveries due to absence are not our liability unless caused by carrier or company error.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are present to sign for their parcel. In no way can Predator Nutrition or its carriers be held liable for failed deliveries unless either party has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
Returns and Refunds
Refund Eligibility
- Return within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund (original payment method).
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- No refund or exchange is possible without a receipt, dispatch note, or proof of purchase.
We cannot refund opened items or:
- Gift Cards
- Clearance Products
- Frozen or Perishable Goods
If returning via Evri, a signed and dated printed document may be required for claims.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are present to sign for their parcel. In no way can Predator Nutrition or its delivery partners be held liable for failed deliveries unless either party has been negligent in their duty to deliver.

To return items, you are advised to contact us first, providing the following information:
- Reason for Return
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Date of Order
- Details of products purchased
- Preferred Outcome (refund or exchange)
We strongly recommend using tracked delivery with appropriate packaging.
