We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders worth £50 or more and these are shipped using the best available delivery service. For SAME DAY DISPATCH, you need to place your order before 5PM BST otherwise your order will be dispatched the following working day.

Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email which will provide you with the tracking number of your parcel and also the tracking link that you can use to view the tracking information. It is of great importance that you provide your correct email address otherwise you will not receive this email. On rare occasions, our emails are filtered into your Junk/Clutter Folder by your email provider so please check this folder before contacting us for any delivery queries.

Unfortunately, as with all delivery services there are rare occasions when there is a problem with delivery. If you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date, you MUST inform us at email@example.com within 48 HOURS so we can investigate with the relevant courier immediately. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to remedy the problem which may include a refund or reshipment of your order.
If your goods arrive damaged, you MUST inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 HOURS so we can inform the relevant courier immediately and initiate the investigation. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to replace your damaged products.
Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged for carriage if we need to make a collection on their behalf and/or the order needs to be reshipped.
We do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are present to sign for their parcel. In no way can Predator Nutrition and/or any of its carriers be held liable for failed deliveries unless either party has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
Refund & Returns Policy
Please make sure we receive your returned items, within 17 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method. If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending it, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location. No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase. Refunds can only be given for products which are returned to us in their original condition. We cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used.
Products That Cannot Be Refunded
The following items cannot be refunded within the terms of our refund policy: Gift Cards, Clearance Products, Frozen or Perishable Goods.
How To Return Goods
To return items you are advised to contact us first by email at email@example.com setting out the following information:

We suggest you return your items via tracked/recorded delivery. Please use sufficient packaging to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit.

At Predator Nutrition, we provide attractive and competitive shipping prices to all of our worldwide customers no matter where they are. We make no profit on international shipments and make our international tracking service as hassle free as possible. Shipping costs are calculated during the Checkout of the order and are based on a number of factors such as the destination country, the number of items you have purchased and the weight of the parcel.
Due to new EU customs policies introduced in March we can no longer ship from the UK directly to consumers. Instead we have now been shipping EU orders to our EU warehouse and then orders are shipped onwards to you by DPD which means once DPD receive them shipping times will be reduced.
What does this mean for you?
In the short term shipping times will go up by a few days although we have made a change just now to speed things up.
What about tracking updates?
Tracking numbers can only be manually provided for the time being from customer services but we are in the process of getting this automated.
Why have you made this change?
We noticed for the first time since Brexit some issues with orders being rejected by customs in early March. We ended up having to reship all those orders but instead of shipping them directly from the U.K. to the customer, we now instead have to import these as a business and once we receive them in our EU warehouse our staff there ship them via DPD.
The new EU policy was implemented to encourage businesses to invest in the EU and prevent businesses from taking advantage of the EU market without paying for it.
How do I know this will work?
The new customs policy had actually been in place since Brexit but not implemented except for business to business sales. We know it works because Predator’s wholesale business has been supplying EU retailers for 14 years and since Brexit we have been shipping pallets to our EU based business and from there shipping onwards to our EU business customers. It works because the rules allow businesses to import goods. That is why certain retailers in Europe have products which they can only buy from Predator, because we’ve continued to supply them since Brexit.
How can you reduce shipping prices and make free delivery?
Simple - by shipping products from within the EU all orders can go by road whereas before we shipped by air which is a lot more expensive. That is also why we can now offer a single price for shipping whereas before we had to charge extra when customers ordered more than 1-2kg.
What about protein powders which weigh a lot?
It doesn’t matter if you bought 100kg of protein from us, you’d not be charged more. In fact, if you ordered more it would be cheaper as you’d get free shipping as the order would go over our free delivery threshold!

We can still ship those from the U.K. which makes deliveries a little faster but they still qualify for the free shipping on orders over £150 promotion.
Will you be able to speed up delivery while keeping the new lower shipping rates?
We are reviewing options to store best sellers in our EU warehouse rather than shipping them there twice a week and only then despatching orders. That way customers would receive orders faster than ever, as little as 1 day for customers in Western Europe.
Why is Malta, Iceland and Cyprus still set to charge more if they order over 2kg?
As they are islands it is more expensive to ship there no matter if the orders shipped from the UK like before, or from mainland Europe. However, for Malta and Cyprus you would still benefit from no customs checks on orders now. As Iceland is outside the EU we will ship there from the UK like we do with Norway and Switzerland.

Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. These depend on a number of factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes, and it will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.
International Reshipment Charge
If the courier has to re-deliver a parcel, due to a fault of the customer, there will be a charge to cover reshipment plus handling fees. Please contact us to provide further information as shipping charges will vary based on weight and destination.
If the Supplier has to re-deliver a parcel due to a fault of the customer, there will be a charge of at least £7.50 to cover our freight, shipping and handling costs.
Please be aware that orders sent to PO Boxes could attract additional charge for the amount of £9.
