Green MAGnitude dosage & how to use
To assess your individual tolerance to the supplement, combine 1/2 scoop with 3-4 oz of cold water and consume before or after your workout. Shake well before drinking. Combine 1 scoop with 6-8oz of water, and consume pre or post workout. Warning: You should not take this product if you have any prior medical condition, including diabetes or high blood pressure. With a patented Dicreatine Malate creatine allied to the popular magnesium creatine chelate we believe this version of Green Magnitude will be more effective, and in keeping betaine in the blend it should do more than a regular creatine.A top creatine product with a maybe lesser know creatines 2cm dicreatine malate and creatine magnapower but has added ingredients like betaine l- taurine and l- tyroseine. I used it as a intra and post workout with good results in recovery and pumps. The Electric Lemonade flavour tasted great. The only gripe I had with the product was the ever present bathroom issues of the watery kind but its a small price to pay for a really good product.
