Scitec Creatine Monohydrate dosage & how to use
Divide your bodyweight in kg by 3. That is the total amount of Creatine in grams you should take daily in the “loading phase” (first week of use). After that period, take no more than half of that amount for maintenance. Use on an empty stomach, mainly after training, with simple carbohydrates. Use 400ml fluid for every 5 grams of Creatine to achieve proper solution. Don’t take more than 10 grams in one sitting, spread out the daily dose!Product Guide
Why
Creatine-monohydrate is the most effective creatine, which is scientifically proved to improve strength, speed and power. Scitec Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate is a pure and high quality form of creatine which will give you improvements in your explosive strength and the amount of reps you can achieve whilst training.
When
On an empty stomach, preferably after training. It is advisable when starting to take Creatine to go through a 'loading phase' where you take excess amounts of creatine to flood the muscles. After this week long 'loading phase' the dosage drops to keep a constant supply of creatine in the body.
Who
It is mostly suited for people who usually have anaerobic, short, sharp efforts e.g. (weight training, functional training, cross-fit, sprints etc). Also useful for athletes who have high-intensity training such as Rugby and football.
Predator Nutrition Scitec Creatine Monohydrate Review
Scitec Creatine Monohydrate Overview
Scitec Creatine Monohydrate supplies 100% Creatine Monohydrate, a naturally occurring organic compound found in trace amounts in foods such as red meat. Creatine Monohydrate has been the subject of hundreds of studies in athletic populations since the 1980's which has revealed that it can improve performance as well as enhance lean mass.
Our article on how creatine can support athletic performance goes into more detail on how Creatine can help athletes but suffice it to say that it is not only a great performance enhancer but has research showing it can also boost cognitive function.
The use of Creatine Monohydrate in Scitec's product is therefore a choice supported by more research than is the case with newer variants of creatine that have hit the market since the introduction of monohydrate. With a small dose every day having such transformative effects on your fitness potential we consider it a staple supplement for anyone wanting to maximise their athletic or physique potential.
This stuff definitely works and that is definitely bro-science. I’m not running tests in a lab but I noticed an increase in reps per exercises and the ability to lift slightly more weight almost overnight. However, creatine is no joke. I would just caution to start with smaller doeses. I only take a small amount per day and it still has a noticeable effect. It’s recommended to take 5g per day – but that can’t be right for a 150lb person and a 250lb person. Also, don’t take it on an empty stomach and, very important, make sure you drink a lot of water. If you drink a lot of coffee, you should probably up your water intake even more. If you experiment slowly, keep an eye on your water intake, and take with a full stomach, you should be fine but don’t sue me if you’re not.
