The product looks to support your diet and cardio protocol by addressing a number of things that might be holding you back: energy, metabolism, hunger and nutrient uptake included.

Caffeine, Green Coffee extract, African Mango extract and B vitamins work to boost energy, making this perfect to take before cardio or exercise. Stimulants can also double up to reduce hunger, so you are less likely to have cravings throughout the day. Caffeine content is fairly moderate so, while it should not be used with other caffeine products, won't give you any sort of 'comedown'. 

Iodine and Paradoxine have been added to support normal metabolic function, and Chromium, which can help the body utilise nutrients better. What you need when calorie intake is lower than usual!

We would suggest taking early in the day if possible to avoid interference with sleep, but all in all would deem this pretty beginner-intermediate friendly!
