Predator Nutrition Protein Bread exceeds any macro-friendly bread that has come before it. You might remember Dr Zak’s Protein Bread. Well this is much lower calorie and has none of the unpleasant dense texture that has been seen with other brands. Our protein bread is light, fluffy and soft just like your favourite bakery loaf!

Is Protein Bread Healthy?

Each serving is made up of 30% protein. That’s a huge 30g per 100g of bread, or 13.7g per 2 slice serving. That’s a great protein yield that saves you spending endless money on expensive protein sources like meat and whey isolates. With fillings, a simple sandwich can easily become a 30g protein meal for your lunch at work, university or on the commute.

As you probably know, ‘macro-friendly’ doesn’t always equal healthy. Well, that is certainly not the case here.
