GAT Carbotein Orange

Why

CARBOTEIN is a strong choice for athletes who need an easy way to add carbohydrates around demanding training without relying on solid food immediately before, during or after exercise. Its six-source carbohydrate profile delivers 31g carbohydrate per scoop and is backed by BCAAs, taurine and electrolytes, giving it a broader performance and recovery focus than a simple single-source carbohydrate powder.

When

Around high-volume resistance training, endurance work, prolonged sessions or muscle-building phases where carbohydrate requirements are higher. It can be used before training to increase carbohydrate availability, sipped during demanding sessions or taken afterwards when replenishing glycogen and supporting recovery are priorities.

Who

Suited to bodybuilders, strength athletes, endurance athletes and other hard-training users who deliberately need additional carbohydrates around exercise. It is particularly useful for people whose training volume or muscle-building goals make convenient liquid carbohydrate intake beneficial, rather than users specifically looking for a low-carbohydrate or calorie-restricted supplement.

Ingredients

GAT Carbotein 50 Servings Grape

Directions

Prepare each serving by mixing with 6–8oz of cold water, with ice if desired, in a shaker bottle, water bottle or blender. Add 3–4oz of water for each additional serving used. Pre-training: Drink 1 serving 15–30 minutes before training. During training: Drink ½ serving every 30 minutes to support glucose levels and muscular output. For prolonged endurance exercise, GAT recommends sipping 1 serving in 8–10oz water. Post-training: For workouts lasting up to 90 minutes, consume ½–1 serving within 40 minutes after training, followed by at least 20g of high-quality protein. For workouts lasting longer than 90 minutes, consume 1 serving post-training and another serving 60 minutes later.
