Rumble Roller Rumble Roller Gator ingredients & nutrition facts
Rumble Roller Gator dosage & how to use
Cross frictional massage doesn’t automatically happen just by rolling on the Gator. To employ it, you have to learn a new (but very simple) technique. Position yourself as you would for any rolling exercise, with your body on top of the Gator or otherwise pressed firmly against it. But instead of rolling, make an effort to shift your body an inch or so toward one end of the roller. During this time, the Gator's bumps should remain engaged with your skin, and you'll feel a tugging force on the underlying muscle. Repeat and reposition the Gator as needed.Try adding this technique whenever a muscle isn't responding to conventional rolling movements.
Product Guide
Why
The Gator Roller helps to ensure a more comfortable training experience, lower the risk of injury and improve your flexibility while also improving recovery after a workout.
When
We suggest using it lightly before a workout in any tight spots and then again after a workout. There is no real cap to how often it should be used - your body will be the best judge.
Who
Anyone who wants to feel more comfortable in their range of motion, recover more quickly and specifically those who experience tight, knotty muscles.
Predator Nutrition Rumble Roller Gator Review
Rumble Rollers are a mainstay or should be, of any athlete who frequently participates in high intensity exercise. The Gator is the most beginner friendly of all rumble rollers but do not mistake it as something that is only for newcomers as it features facets that make it just as usable for advanced athletes.
No More PVC Piping Needed
If you have followed the writing of various elite athlete coaches you will sometimes see them say that regular foam rollers fail to get deep enough into tissue so therefore their athletes should use PVC piping to roll on.
The beautiful thing about the Gator is that the combination of its strong surface and small diameter protruding discs enables you to achieve higher compression forces in the muscle than a regular roller and with the added benefit of much more localised compression versus a PVC pipe. When you consider the dangers associated with PVC pipe such as added risk of soft tissue and disc damage, the Gator avoids these issues while delivering the same benefits in a much, much more comfortable way.
Cross-Friction Support
As users become used to foam rollers they tend to feel less and less effective, one reason why rumble rollers became popular in the first place. If you have ever seen people rolling and trying to increase the leverage they can apply, then you will be pleased to know that there are other ways to massage the muscles without such exertions.
A key benefit of the Gator from having used it ourselves is that when you roll on this you get a feeling of the Gator pulling dense, knotty tissue apart. We are referring to a shearing force as you roll over the top layer of the muscles that means you can more easily access the deeper tissue by means other than trying to overload and blast through to it.
Gators do this by gripping your skin between the protrusions so that as you roll it mimics the effect achieved by a massage therapist.
For anyone wondering still, a Gator can be used in conjunction with a regular rumble roller, working via different means to achieve the same end goal more efficiently than either can alone.
