The 2:1:1 powder has the best and most optimal amino acid distribution thanks to their new and improved formula and ultra concentration. In each 5g serving you get 1300mg L-Leucine, 650mg L-Isoleucine and 650mg L-Valine. BCAA's are great to use while dieting to lose body fat as the constant stimulating of protein synthesis, allows you to maintain more muscle mass than normal.
